North Korean military medics have exchanged know-how with Russian counterparts as part of the allies' cooperation over the Ukraine war, according to a top Russian surgeon.
Dmitry Nazarov, a deputy branch chief of the Burdenko Main Military Clinical Hospital, told Russia's state-run TASS news agency on Tuesday that “DPRK representatives helped a lot†during the war, noting ongoing exchanges between the two states' military medical professionals.
Calling North Korean counterparts the “main helpers,†he added that doctors from other countries like Belarus, Kazakhstan, Egypt and Pakistan similarly interact with Russian military medics in the context of the ongoing conflict.
