After the FA Cup last season and the Community Shield last summer, Oliver Glasner has now led Crystal Palace to their first-ever European trophy.
The Eagles beat Rayo Vallecano in the Europa Conference League final on Wednesday, and Glasner, to will now leave the club in search of a fresh challenge, found an amusing way to express his joy with his players.
